The newly-built hotel is set in a beautiful location near forested mountain valleys, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing stay. The vast pool and thermal water jacuzzi were the highlights of my stay, providing ample relaxation. The high-end restaurant offered delicious food and top-notch service.

The half-pension system was not very efficient, and the staff seemed unexperienced and sometimes in a bad mood. The tableware was added late, and some meals were delayed, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy the meals.

The hotel facilities were really good, with a vast pool and thermal water jacuzzi. The location, nestled in a valley in Moravia, was serene and picturesque. The staff was helpful and accommodating. the breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Our recent stay at a castle resort in the mountain valleys of Czech Moravia was a pleasant surprise. the location in a small village was a peaceful retreat, and Klein restaurant provided delicious meals with attentive staff. the spacious and comfortable room added to our enjoyable experience. the vast pool and thermal water jacuzzi were highlights, and the spa facilities were a must-visit. the park was also a nice touch.

While the staff was generally friendly, there were some issues with being ready on-time for scheduled meals.

The resort had amazing facilities like saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, and a great food selection. The surrounding scenery was perfect for hikes and day trips to castles.

Nothing for me.

The spa facilities were off the charts! the thermal jacuzzi was my favorite, it was so relaxing after a long work day. Another plus was the wide range of food offered at the restaurant, I couldn't decide between all the different dishes. the location was perfect, right in the middle of beautiful mountain valleys and forests.

The walls weren't quite soundproof, and I could hear my neighbor's TV late at night, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. the staff seemed a bit inexperienced and unenthusiastic.

The location of this hotel in a valley in Czech Moravia is absolutely stunning. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I enjoyed being close to a restaurant with a friendly and attentive staff who provided great service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of my trip. The sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services were luxurious and incredibly relaxing. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable experience.
